Padel One is a contemporary sports and wellness club designed as a tropical-modern sanctuary within an industrial setting. The concept blends biophilic design, raw architectural structure, and elevated community spaces to create a high-performance yet restorative environment. Set within the bones of a reimagined warehouse, exposed steel, concrete finishes, and perforated metal grids meet natural textures such as lime-wash plaster, terracotta, and layered greenery. The design supports movement, recovery, and social interaction — transforming a traditional padel facility into a lifestyle-driven destination.

The spatial strategy was designed as a connected ecosystem, where each zone supports both athletic performance and wellness immersion. From the welcoming reception and pro shop to the café, warm-up corner, pilates studio, and recovery areas, circulation flows intentionally between active and restorative spaces. The project integrates: - Biophilic landscaping and filtered light - Industrial architectural expression - A curated material palette of textured plaster, concrete, terracotta, and green lacquer finishes - A modern country-club atmosphere fostering community and connection Padel One redefines the sports club experience — balancing intensity with calm, and performance with presence.

Industrial Structure Meets Biophilic Wellness

A performance-driven sports environment rooted in nature, movement, and elevated community.

The design direction combines three core pillars: Biophilic Essence, Industrial Edges, and Elevated Community (as defined in the concept presentation The architecture embraces exposed structural elements while softening the environment with greenery, filtered light, and tactile materials. Microcement flooring, terracotta finishes, perforated metal detailing, and layered planting create a grounded yet contemporary aesthetic. Each zone — competition courts, café, pro shop, wellness area, pilates studio, and warm-up space — was strategically positioned to support flow, recovery, and social interaction, transforming the club into a holistic lifestyle destination.
